USPS has been experiencing delays with overwhelming volumes. AJ’s Crystal Shop will always do our best in processing orders as quickly as possible. Once USPS has your item we do not have control over transport and delivery time. If you're experiencing delays you can check your tracking daily for updates or call USPS for more information.
For high package theft areas, we HIGHLY suggest purchasing Route Protection.
AJ’s Crystal Shop is not responsible for broken or damaged packages. Replacements or refunds will not be provided. We highly recommend when you purchase from us to also get Route Protection so that if anything happens to your package you can file a claim with them. Instructions on that process can be found below. If you choose to not purchase Route and/or remove it from your purchase, then your order will not be covered and AJ’s Crystal Shop is not liable for lost, stolen, broken or damaged packages.
Buyer is responsible for filing a claim for their missing packages.

After filing a missing mail claim and your order does not turn up, immediately file a Route claim.
*You must file that claim within 30 days of your order date.*
Domestic Delivery Information
Signature is not required on delivery (unless selected at checkout). If you are not home at the time of delivery your package will be left at the safest location deemed fit for the mail carrier.
If you do not want your package left, you can contact USPS and provide your shipping details to request a pick up or schedule a time for delivery.

All other countries (or anyone shopping outside of the United States): Same rules apply as stated above.
Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days
Processing time is not the same as delivery time and excludes holidays and weekends.
Shipping
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding all holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments.
Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and/or your order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.
In the event there is an issue, you will receive an email notification of these details.
Once you have placed your order, we can not revise or alter shipping options.

Tracking
All shipment methods come with tracking.
Note: If you do not live in a secure location, please note that standard mail couriers do not require a signature and packages will be left at any "secure" location deemed fit to the mail carrier.
- AJ’s Crystal Shop is not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system.
- AJ’s Crystal Shop is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by you, as the customer.
- A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 25% of the total charge per item.

Separate Packages
In some instances, an order may need to be split into different packages due to; but not limited to, weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office. There will be a tracking number for each package.

Return Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount and any applicable restocking fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
