Returns & Refunds
We currently do not accept any returns on any items and all sales are final. If you have any questions about your items or our return and refund policy, please contact us via email at info@ajscrystals.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please confirm with your bank or credit card company first. Please note that refunds can take a few days to be credited back to your account as there is often some additional processing time before a refund is posted.
If after a week you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email at info@ajscrystalshop.com.
Cancellation of Orders/Pre-Order or Special Request Items:
- AJ’s Crystal Shop will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of an item is out of stock.
- We do not offer any cancellations and all sales are final.
- Deposits for special request items will be applied to the final sale amount, but are non-refundable if the special request order is cancelled at any time.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
AJ’s Crystal Shop is not responsible for broken or damaged packages.Replacements or refunds will not be provided.We highly recommend when you purchase from us to also get Route Protection so that if anything happens to your package you can file a claim with them. Instructions on that process can be found under our Shipping Policies. If you choose to not purchase Route and remove it from your purchase, then your order will not be covered and AJ’s Crystal Shop is not liable for lost, stolen, broken or damaged packages.
